ABBA Project Management is providing Quality Assurance and Quality Control Services to Parson’s Corporation for LA Metro’s Interstate I-710 Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) Project. The new Integrated Corridor Management System actively manages traffic on the nation’s most vital goods movement corridor.  ABBA engineers are responsible for reviewing all exchange drawings, signal equipment upgrades, signal synchronization, and other project attributes. ABBA performed an assessment of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) traffic management systems. This Project provides enhanced travel time reliability for all users, improves air quality corridor-wide, and actively manages local road traffic.
