Paul Gherini specializes in real estate acquisitions, financial analysis, and development. His project experience involves the underwriting, acquisition, and development of over $2 billion in real estate deals. He was a critical part of securing the Seaport redevelopment project, having overseen the financial analysis. Paul’s experience specializes in complex public-private partnership developments, having dealt with The Port of San Diego, San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS), Amtrak, Veterans Affairs (VA), and The University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He has been a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) for ten years, and serves on the Developing Leader Steering Committees. Paul graduated from UCSD and now teaches a real estate development course at the University.
