ABBA is supporting the 214-acre City of San Marcos Creek Bridge project. The project is the largest in city history and sees the construction of raised roadway bridges across Bent Avenue and Via Vera Cruz roads. The extensive infrastructure improvements relieve long standing flooding issues while improving traffic circulation and preserving the San Marcos Creek. ABBA provides labor compliance services consisting of on-site interviews and contractor outreach to ensure proper adherence to the project’s prevailing wage requirements.
