Senior Construction Manager

Steve Hernandez is a lifelong San Diegan and a Dean’s List graduate of the New School of Architecture and Design earning a master’s degree in construction management. Representing San Diego Unified School District, Steve serves as Construction Manager for several highly complex multi-million-dollar new construction and whole school site modernizations projects. Representative projects include new construction of a $11M Aquatic Center, as well as a $52M elementary school modernization project including two new structures as well as improvements to HVAC, lighting, cafeteria, and athletic fields.
