Tiffany Pellin

Director of labor relations

Tiffany joined ABBA Project Management as a lead labor compliance professional after serving in positions of increasing responsibility in the AEC industry. Tiffany brings a strong understanding of labor and prevailing wage codes in the western states as well as Hawaii. She has worked successfully under the provisions of large program Project Stabilization and Labor Agreements where her unique analytic, measured and thoughtful approach to day-to-day challenges have been extraordinarily effective. Tiffany has earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees of Arts from National University in 2009 and 2013 respectfully. In her spare time Tiffany is an outdoors enthusiast taking full advantage of San Diego’s coastal weather.
